Punchpass lists Grow at $59 per month with unlimited classes, passes and instructors, plus waivers and waiting lists. Flow is $99 per month and adds recurring memberships, series and family accounts. Pro is $149 per month and adds custom intake. These are listed monthly plan prices, not a calculation of all possible payment-related costs.

Choose Punchpass if family accounts, series enrollment or its content-library workflow matter to your studio. Check which plan contains each required feature and how payment processing is charged.

Momence’s official feature overview covers classes, appointments, workshops, retreats, space rentals and on-demand content. It also describes memberships, packs, integrated marketing and a native app. Those product descriptions do not establish what every package includes.

Choose Momence if appointments, retreats, space rentals, on-demand content, integrated marketing or a native app are essential to your business. Ask for a package-level quote rather than assuming all listed capabilities share one price.

Bookwhen lists paid tiers with monthly booking allowances of 300, 800 and 1,800. Its pricing page lists passes, waiting lists and attendance features on higher plans. Its free plan allows 50 bookings per month for free events only. Confirm the relevant tier for each required feature.

Choose Bookwhen if event booking allowances and its event-oriented approach match how you run sessions. Its free plan may suit free events within its limits; it should not be treated as a free paid-ticket plan.
