For a one-off workshop, students reserve a place, provide required intake information or waivers, and pay. When the workshop starts, self check-in keeps arrival information connected to the booking.
Keep the next visit connected
Send preparation details by broadcast email and keep the student record for a future visit. Packs and memberships may suit an ongoing workshop program, but do not assume a multi-session series enrollment workflow without checking it.
Know the cost before you move
The business subscription is $1 USD per billable calendar day, plus a 1% Gatherly fee on card payments and recorded offline payments. The studio bears the Gatherly fee. A full 30-day billable month costs $30 before payment fees; a full 31-day billable month costs $31.
First 3 months on us means the signup calendar month plus the next two calendar months are subscription-free. It is not a rolling 90-day trial. The offer covers the business subscription, not a waiver of transaction fees.
When Gatherly may not be the right fit
Assigned seating, conference tracks, retreat accommodation, complex event ticketing and resource rentals are not verified Gatherly features. A dedicated event platform may suit those needs better.

Do students need a native app?
No native app download is required for the web booking journey. Students can use the booking page in their browser.
