Gatherly brings class scheduling, booking, payments, student self check-in, attendance, student records, packs, memberships, waivers, intake questions, booking confirmations, broadcast email and revenue reporting together in a phone-first studio tool.

A studio with 30 billable days and $5,000 in payments subject to the Gatherly fee pays $30 in subscription charges + $50 in Gatherly payment fees = $80. This example describes Gatherly charges, not a guaranteed all-in card-processing bill.

For 31 billable days at the same payment volume, the Gatherly total is $31 + $50 = $81. A calendar day is not the same as a class taught; do not interpret the daily subscription as a fee only on teaching days.

The studio bears the Gatherly fee. The fee applies to card payments and to offline payments recorded in Gatherly.

First 3 months on us means the signup calendar month plus the next two calendar months are subscription-free. It is not a rolling 90-day trial. The offer covers the business subscription, not a waiver of transaction fees.

For example, an October signup has a subscription-free period covering October, November and December. A signup late in October does not extend that period to a full 90 days.
