From booking to arrival
Publish classes, take bookings and welcome walk-ins. Students pay during booking or use an eligible pack or membership; self check-in helps you see who has arrived while you prepare the session.
Keep the next visit connected
Keep attendance history and payment records with the student rather than separate spreadsheets. Use packs and memberships for returning students and broadcast email when you need to share a class update.
Know the cost before you move
The business subscription is $1 USD per billable calendar day, plus a 1% Gatherly fee on card payments and recorded offline payments. The studio bears the Gatherly fee. A full 30-day billable month costs $30 before payment fees; a full 31-day billable month costs $31.
First 3 months on us means the signup calendar month plus the next two calendar months are subscription-free. It is not a rolling 90-day trial. The offer covers the business subscription, not a waiver of transaction fees.
When Gatherly may not be the right fit
A gym that needs access-control hardware, equipment inventory, workout programming or complex room and resource allocation should verify those requirements with a specialist provider. Gatherly is presented here as a class and student-administration tool.
